Octomore Edition 15.1 is one of the most peated whisky in the world (108.2 ppm). A single Malt distilled in 2018 from 100% Scottish barley (Concerto variety) harvested in 2017. Aged for 5 years in first-fill American Whiskey barrels.

The Publican barley used for this edition was grown in field 43ac and harvested at the end of August 2009. It was dried and stored on the farm before being malted at Alloa in 2010. The single malt comes from twenty-seven first-fill bourbon casks, distilled in December 2011. It was aged in the upper part of the cellar until 2024, before being bottled.

The Distillers Edition of this golden Caol Ila is brillant, clean and refined and has a depp, sweet and smoky flavour profile that suggests the intense, saturated colours of late afternoon sunshine after a storm has passed.

Oban 11 Year Old “The Soul of Calypso” Special Release 2023 is a bright and lively single malt, which retains the fusion of Highland and Island styles that define the character of the distillery, while skillfully blending the passions and vibrant colors of 'a finish in rum barrels. Glenfiddich 18 Years Small Batch is a scotch whisky that has aged for 18 years in ex oloroso sherry and ex bourbon barrels. An elegant, rich and pleasant whiskey marked by notes of candied fruit, dried apricot, cinnamon, caramel and dry sherry.

Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old is a single malt whiskey, matured exclusively in old oak barrels from Jerez, impregnated with sherry and handpicked, which gives it richness and complexity. Rich notes of woody spices and dried fruits with an opulent natural golden color.

Tiffon XO is a blend of old Cognacs from the best vintages that have patiently aged in the cellars of Maison Tiffon. A Cognac with a delicate nose on notes of dried fruits and vanilla. Elegant and subtle finish.
