Founded in 1829 by Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Renaudin, and Jacques Bollinger, the house of Bollinger is one of the most prestigious Champagne producers. PN AYC18 is the 4th edition of a new range created by Maison Bollinger to honor the Pinot Noir grape. This Champagne is made 100% with Pinot Noir coming mainly from the village of Ay (AYC) on the basis of the 2018 harvest. The blend is completed by reserve wines dating back to 2009

Bruno Paillard Dosage Zéro is a selection from the first pressing of the three grape varieties and for the majority vinified in small oak barrels. The “reserve wines” account for half of the blend. The aging is extended well beyond the legal duration: 3 to 4 years in bottle "on the lees" followed by 6 months of rest after disgorging. Dosage: zero.
Cristal Vinothèque 2002 celebrates the remarkable journey of a few bottles which were stored for 20 years in the cellars of Louis Roederer, in search of the perfect balance. The blend was aged for 11 years on "lattes", followed by 5 years on "pointes", and rested for 4 years after disgorging.
