Founded in 1829 by Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Renaudin, and Jacques Bollinger, the house of Bollinger is one of the most prestigious Champagne producers. Located in Aÿ, in the heart of the Champagne region, Bollinger is synonymous with quality, tradition, and excellence. Henri Giraud Hommage au Pinot Noir is, as its name suggests, a Blanc de Noirs Champagne made from the historic terroirs of the House in Aÿ. This grape variety brings a lot of roundness, complexity and elegance, enhanced by aging in small oak barrels.
