Founded in 1829 by Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Renaudin, and Jacques Bollinger, the house of Bollinger is one of the most prestigious Champagne producers. Franck Bonville Pur Avize 2016 is a Champagne from 3 plots: Les Avats, Les Maladries and Les Chapelles. These lieux-dits, representative of the Avize terroir, are located in the heart of the village, a few dozen meters from the Maison Frank Bonville.

Avize Champ Cain is part of the Lieux-dits collection of Maison Jacquesson. This is a very confidential Champagne from 1,3 hectare plot of Chardonnay planted on the lieu-dit Champ Cain in the village of Avize. Only 11.328 bottles and 406 magnums have been produced for vintage 2014.

Bruno Paillard Le Mesnil 2019 Coteaux Champenois is a still white wine produced exclusively from the first pressing of the Chardonnay grape variety, from one of the most famous grands crus of the Côte des Blancs: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Le Mesnil 2019 fermented in small oak barrels where it aged for 9 months. Only two barrels, or 569 bottles were produced.
