The parcels, primarily located in Écueil and Villiers-aux-Noeuds, provide the ideal soil for the development of Pinot Noir, the house’s signature grape variety.
Aged in barrels and vinified with a parcel-based approach, Savart champagnes stand out for their tension, finesse, and vibrant energy. Free from artifice, they purely express the minerality and depth of their terroir, offering characterful cuvées highly prized by discerning connoisseurs.

Delamotte Blanc de Blancs 2018 is a blend of the best Chardonnay Grands Crus terroirs: Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, Oger, Cramant, Chouilly, Oiry.
