The Maison Vouette & Sorbée, located in Buxières-sur-Arce in the Côte des Bar, is a standout name among artisanal Champagne producers. Led by Bertrand Gautherot, the estate is renowned for its pioneering commitment to biodynamic viticulture and the production of authentic Champagnes.
The estate takes its name from its two main vineyard plots, Vouette and Sorbée, situated on limestone and Kimmeridgian soils, which define the region’s terroir. Champagnes are meticulously crafted, with no dosage or filtration, to fully respect the terroir’s expression and the purity of the grape varieties, particularly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Notable cuvées include Fidèle, an elegant Blanc de Noirs, and Blanc d’Argile, a vibrant Chardonnay. Often produced in very limited quantities, these Champagnes are cherished by enthusiasts and connoisseurs worldwide for their unique character, precision, and vibrancy.

Agrapart 7 Crus is, as its name suggests, a blend of the Domaine's 7 crus: Avize, Oger and Cramant for the Grands Crus, Avenay val d´Or and Coligny for the 1er Crus and Vauciennes. This cuvée is the first wine in the Agrapart range.
Roger Brun Blanc de Blancs is a Champagne only made with Chardonnay from villages classified as Premiers and Grands Crus.
