Founded in 1946 in Chavot‑Courcourt (Marne), Champagne Chavost is rooted in solidarity, love of the land, and authenticity . Under oenologist Fabian Daviaux, the estate is now certified organic (5 ha since 2023) and produces Brut Nature cuvées with no added sulfites. Using spontaneous fermentations and no filtration, these wines perfectly express the clay‑limestone terroir with pure fruit, minerality, and finesse . A true choice for lovers of natural, honest Champagne.
The Abyss cuvée is a very unique Champagne which has aged underwater for 1 year. These special aging conditions highlight during the tasting a mineral and chalky signature, reflecting the great terroirs of Champagne.
Egly-Ouriet Millesime 2008 is a Champagne made from old vines from the estate located in Ambonnay, a terroir classified Grand Cru. A great cuvée for aging in an exceptional vintage!
Etienne Calsac Les Revenants is an extremely rare and original Cuvée because it is made from forgotten grape varieties: Pinot Blanc, Petit Meslier and Arbane. These 3 grape varieties were planted on a plot of the Domaine: “Les Fours” located in Sézannais.

The tangy notes of redcurrant and raspberry of Pinot Noir serve to invigorate the delicate mineral, saline and iodized expression of Chardonnay. The wine is then aged on its lees...
The Memory Collection is a testament to the best vintages of Maison Alfred Gratien, which has been stored for more than 20 years in the Alfred Gratien oenotheque, in the heart of the cellars. 1998 is a year when abundance and quality miraculously came together.
Created by the founder of the house, Eugène Moussé, 100 years ago, this cuvée has become a reflection of the Moussé Fils terroir. It is made from a perpetual reserve (solera) with wines dating from 2003 to 2020 and refreshed each year with 50% of the new harvest.
Light yellow color with lime reflections. Very round attack and intense bouquet mixing the fruits of the sun with a hint of pineapple with mineral notes of flint. The palate is marked by a long path ending on a seductive salinity.
Grand Cellier is a daring Champagne, all in elegance with a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir from Premier Cru vines in the village of Rilly-la-Montagne. The wines spend 10 months aging in oak barrels to bring power and complexity.
Henri Giraud Esprit Nature is the cuvée reflecting the House's commitment to the protection of nature and human health. This is a vision of natural wine. Its emblem, the Paper Oak, tells of the fragility of living things but also of man's ability to reconstruct it.
