Founded in 1946 in Chavot‑Courcourt (Marne), Champagne Chavost is rooted in solidarity, love of the land, and authenticity . Under oenologist Fabian Daviaux, the estate is now certified organic (5 ha since 2023) and produces Brut Nature cuvées with no added sulfites. The acidity of this great champagne has barely calmed down: under great freshness, it reveals delicately reduced notes of toast and mocha, then the wine opens up and evolves towards aromas of white truffle.
