Sous le Mont is part of the Lieux-dits collection of Maison Jacques Selosse. It is a Champagne made from Pinot Noir from the Village of Mareuil sur Ay, classified Grand Cru.

Bruno Paillard Dosage Zéro is a selection from the first pressing of the three grape varieties and for the majority vinified in small oak barrels. The “reserve wines” account for half of the blend. The aging is extended well beyond the legal duration: 3 to 4 years in bottle "on the lees" followed by 6 months of rest after disgorging. Dosage: zero.
