Macallan 12 Year Old Double Cask is a high quality Single Malt, made using a double aging method which gives it a unique and complex taste. It is first aged in American oak barrels that previously contained bourbon, then in European oak barrels that previously contained sherry. The Publican barley used for this edition was grown in field 43ac and harvested at the end of August 2009. It was dried and stored on the farm before being malted at Alloa in 2010. The single malt comes from twenty-seven first-fill bourbon casks, distilled in December 2011. It was aged in the upper part of the cellar until 2024, before being bottled.

Port Charlotte 2013 PMC: 01 is the 6th limited edition from the Cask Exploration Series. The barley comes from 7 local farms on the island of Islay (Concerto, Propino, Publican & Oxbridge varieties), peated at 40 ppm, cask strength at 54.5°. This Single Malt was aged in bourbon barrels for 4 years then in Pomerol barrels for 5 years.

The Distillers Edition of this golden Caol Ila is brillant, clean and refined and has a depp, sweet and smoky flavour profile that suggests the intense, saturated colours of late afternoon sunshine after a storm has passed.

Braastad XO Superior, as the name suggests, is an improved blend of the traditional XO. It is made from a selection of eaux-de-vie aged 15 to 25 years from complementary terroirs: Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies and Fins Bois.

The Distillers Edition of Talisker is richer than the regular bottling, wonderfully rounded and double-matured in ex-Amoroso casks with luscious, fuity sweetness that perfectly complements the crisp, dry peat-smoke and familiar pepperriness of Talisker.

Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 14 Year Old has aged for 14 years in American white oak casks and specially selected Port casks from Quintas or vineyards in Portugal. These four additional years of maturation broaden the aromatic palette of this Single Malt with pronounced notes of Seville orange and dark chocolate.
