The Dalmore Vintage 2008 (2023 Release) is a 15-year-old single malt that was aged in American white oak bourbon casks, then in 15-year-old Matusalem and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Carefully crafted, delicately balanced and composed of the best casks from a specific year, each limited edition single malt finds its place in the Scottish distillery's "Vintage" collection. Kilchoman 100% Islay 13th Edition was distilled from the 2012, 2013 and 2014 barley harvests before being matured for a minimum of 8 years in 44 bourbon barrels. The time spent maturing in bourbon barrels has added layers of caramel, vanilla and butterscotch which balance beatifully with the natural citrus sweetness and peat smoke of the Kilchoman spirit.
