The Macallan Sherry Oak 25 Years Old forms part of the Sherry Oak range which features a series of single malt whiskies matured exclusively in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez for richness and complexity. This special single malt delivers an intensely rich and full flavour character, citrus, dried fruits and wood smoke.

The Publican barley used for this edition was grown in field 43ac and harvested at the end of August 2009. It was dried and stored on the farm before being malted at Alloa in 2010. The single malt comes from twenty-seven first-fill bourbon casks, distilled in December 2011. It was aged in the upper part of the cellar until 2024, before being bottled.

Indigene is a Single Malt (100% Malted Barley) elaborated from a complex blend of eaux-de-vie from the 2012 to 2019 vintages. Aging is carried out according to the eaux-de-vie in a selection of French oak barrels with varied and complementary profiles (new sessile and pedunculate oak, Cognac, Armagnac and wine).

Talisker 25 years is a limited series of 6000 bottles which was a real event for fans of Classics Malts and lovers of single malt in general.

Macallan Rare Cask is created from oak casks that feature an intense sweet raisin note paired with an incredibly rich and smooth complexity. These hand-selected casks are a rare and special find.

The Macallan Amber Meadow is part of the Harmony Collection and created in collaboration with Mary and Stella McCartney. It celebrates their shared love of Scotland's lush, fertile lands and its calming nature. Les Rocheforts is a "parcellaire" Cuvée limited to 3500 bottles, produced by a talented Winemaker: Etienne Calsac. This is a Blanc de Blancs from a plot called Les Rocheforts located on the Bisseuil 1er Cru terroir. A champagne with a lot of complexity and minerality.

Vallein-Tercinier Lot 88 Bons Bois is a very old Cognac distilled in 1988 from vines located on the Petite Champagne Cru. The eau-de-vie aged in oak barrels until 2023. Limited edition of 500 bottles.
