Corryvreckan, named after the famous and fearsome whirlpool off the Isle of Islay, is an Ardbeg expression that embodies the raw power and complexity of whiskies from this iconic distillery. The Flora & Fauna range was introduced in 1991 and highlights Diageo's most confidential Scotch whiskey distilleries. Mannochmore was founded in 1971 and very rarely produces single malts as its whiskey is used for some of the world's most popular blends.

In the vast concrete warehouses of the Kavalan distillery, the barrels are organized on different levels according to their size in order to obtain the best maturation conditions. The smaller barrels are placed on the lower floors while the larger ones are located on the upper floors where the higher temperature facilitates exchanges between the distillate and the wood....

Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Years Old is part of the Sherry Oak range which offers a series of single malt whiskeys, matured exclusively in old oak barrels from Jerez, impregnated with sherry and handpicked, which gives them richness and complexity. Round on the palate, with flavors of ripe oak, ginger and raisin, complemented by a natural light mahogany color.

Macallan Rare Cask is created from oak casks that feature an intense sweet raisin note paired with an incredibly rich and smooth complexity. These hand-selected casks are a rare and special find.

Lagavulin Distillers Edition benefited from refining in second maturing Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, which contained a wine made from sun-dried grapes with intense flavors. Masterfully chosen for its grainy sweetness, it magically accentuates and deepens every aspect of the rich and intense character of Lagavulin.

Zacapa Edicion Negra is made using the “Sistema Solera” technique, during which rums aged between 6 and 23 years are blended and then aged in a succession of barrels. It benefits from an additional year of aging in toasted American oak barrels, which gives it a new, more structuring facet with intense smoky flavors.
