Habitation Velier Foursquare High Ester is an exciting new addition to this range. This limited edition is a blend of rums distilled from Foursquare's famous double-twisted pot still: a rum produced from molasses fermented with breeding yeasts on one side, and another produced from pure juice cane fermented with native yeasts.

Distilled in 2010, this version is Hampden's oldest bottling, aged in a tropical climate, making it an exceptional and rare rum. With an ester content of between 200 and 400 gr/hlPA at distillation, this version comes from the LROK (Light Rum Owen Kelly) mark, created in 1952 by the Hampden distillery.

Bottled by Habitation Velier, this rare Jamaican rum comes from the iconic Hampden Estate, known for its high-ester, intensely aromatic rums. The renowned Caroni distillery ceased operations in 2002, putting an end to the production of "heavy" rums in Trinidad. These rums, aged for many years from an increasingly limited stock, stand up well to the passage of time. This edition was aged for 20 years before being bottled at its natural 63% proof.

Eminente Reserva embodies the 19th century Cuban rum revival, crafted by the island's youngest master rum maker and aged for a minimum of 7 years in white oak barrels. It is a unique type of rum composed of 70% aged aguardientes, the highest proportion of all Cuban rums.

XO VIP is made only from the Frapin vineyard located in Grande Champagne, considered the 1er Cru of Cognac. After distillation with the lees, the XO VIP has aged for several decades in the Domaine's humid cellars to give it roundness and suppleness.

Maxime Trijol Fins Bois 1978 is a Cognac with a golden, orange color. The nose is intense with fruity notes of marmalade, candied quince and vanilla. It then appears a light woodiness mixed with a delicate rancio.

Bollinger Special Cuvée is a Champagne mostly blended with reserve wines, part of which has been kept in magnums for 5 to 15 years. The maturation time is therefore much higher than the appellation standards.
