Maxime Trijol Petite Champagne 1993 is a Cognac with an orange, limpid robe. PN AYC18 is the 4th edition of a new range created by Maison Bollinger to honor the Pinot Noir grape. This Champagne is made 100% with Pinot Noir coming mainly from the village of Ay (AYC) on the basis of the 2018 harvest. The blend is completed by reserve wines dating back to 2009
This Cuvée is made from a perpetual reserve (solera) with wines dating from 2003 to 2020 and refreshed each year with 50% of the new harvest. This « Longue Garde » version of the Cuvée Eugène demonstrates the Meunier's ability to age while retaining all its freshness and tension with aging « sur lattes » for 60 months compared to 18 months for the Cuvée Eugène.
