Almost black, very dark robe, testifying to a very long time spent in barrel. The signature of a beautiful Grande Champagne is there, in this successful tension between thick notes and elegant notes. Very rare !
Elegance and spices – Stewed fruits, roasted notes (chocolate) and spices as white pepper. Sweet and brilliant finale. Colour: bright gold.
