Bollinger Special Cuvée is a Champagne mostly blended with reserve wines, part of which has been kept in magnums for 5 to 15 years. The maturation time is therefore much higher than the appellation standards.

This Rosé cuvée is a blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir. Rose de Craie refers to the chalky terroirs from which it comes (Grauves, Bisseuil, Vertus). The spirit of the cuvée is quite airy and sticks to the style of the domain which has a predominance for chardonnay, so it is a rosé which is close to a blanc de blancs with a saline frame.

For this Cuvée, Franck Bonville has chosen unique years that allow it to fully express the potential of the terroir-varietial pair. Chiseled, rich and complex, this vintage cuvée go through the years to reveal their energy after a long and calm aging on laths.

Etienne Calsac Les Revenants is an extremely rare and original Cuvée because it is made from forgotten grape varieties: Pinot Blanc, Petit Meslier and Arbane. These 3 grape varieties were planted on a plot of the Domaine: “Les Fours” located in Sézannais.

L’Echapee Belle is a rare Cuvée limited to 5500 bottles, produced by a talented Winemaker: Etienne Calsac. It is a Blanc de Blancs from the terroirs of the Côte des Blancs and Grande Vallée de la Marne. A champagne with a lot of freshness and tension.

Jm Sélèque Solessence is the distinctive cuvée from the 7 terroirs of the House: Pierry, Moussy, Epernay, Mardeuil, Dizy, Boursault and Vertus. A wine to discover and share with friends. The expression of pure and easy-to-digest style, in all circumstances.

Solessence Nature is the prolonged aging of the Solessence cuvée and without dosage. Time has refined the work, the wine is expressed in its natural balance. Production limited to around 3,500 bottles per year.
