Larmandier-Bernier Vieille Vigne du Levant comes from an exceptional plot in a place called “Bourron du Levant” facing south-east. The vines are between 56 and over 80 years old. The deep roots and the diversity of the old vines contribute to the complexity of the wine. They are, like all the vineyards, cultivated naturally to obtain the perfect maturity.

Les Rocheforts is a "parcellaire" Cuvée limited to 3500 bottles, produced by a talented Winemaker: Etienne Calsac. This is a Blanc de Blancs from a plot called Les Rocheforts located on the Bisseuil 1er Cru terroir. A champagne with a lot of complexity and minerality.

Bruno Paillard Dosage Zéro is a selection from the first pressing of the three grape varieties and for the majority vinified in small oak barrels. The “reserve wines” account for half of the blend.
