Founded in 1818 by Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, Billecart-Salmon is one of the oldest and most respected Champagne houses. Agrapart Complantée is a Cuvée made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Blanc, Arbane and Petit meslier, all from the Avize terroir. Vinification is carried out plot by plot in demi-muids and from the 2018 (80%) and 2017 (20%) harvests.
The Grand Vintage Collection 2003 is the balanced result of difficult climatic conditions. After 14 years of aging in the cellar, the initial bitterness has softened and the finish has become unctuous, while remaining remarkably fresh, with notes of sap, fig and dark chocolate.
