“A tale of” is a series created by Dr Bill Lumsden, Master Distiller of Glenmorangie, that pushes the boundaries of whisky and imagination. Kilchoman 100% Islay 13th Edition was distilled from the 2012, 2013 and 2014 barley harvests before being matured for a minimum of 8 years in 44 bourbon barrels. The time spent maturing in bourbon barrels has added layers of caramel, vanilla and butterscotch which balance beatifully with the natural citrus sweetness and peat smoke of the Kilchoman spirit.
Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 14 Year Old has aged for 14 years in American white oak casks and specially selected Port casks from Quintas or vineyards in Portugal. These four additional years of maturation broaden the aromatic palette of this Single Malt with pronounced notes of Seville orange and dark chocolate.
