The Publican barley used for this edition was grown in field 43ac and harvested at the end of August 2009. It was dried and stored on the farm before being malted at Alloa in 2010. The single malt comes from twenty-seven first-fill bourbon casks, distilled in December 2011. It was aged in the upper part of the cellar until 2024, before being bottled.

The Macallan Double Cask 18 Years Old, a perfectly balanced single malt whisky matured for 18 years in both American and European sherry seasoned oak casks. Sherry seasoned American oak adds delicate vanilla to the subtle spice of European oak, delivering a whisky with a sweeter, warmer taste and character.

Glenfiddich 18 Years Small Batch is a scotch whisky that has aged for 18 years in ex oloroso sherry and ex bourbon barrels. An elegant, rich and pleasant whiskey marked by notes of candied fruit, dried apricot, cinnamon, caramel and dry sherry.

The Flora & Fauna range was introduced in 1991 and highlights Diageo's most confidential Scotch whiskey distilleries. Linkwood was founded in 1821, its whiskey has a refined, smooth and complex character that has remained intact despite changes in ownership and financial crises.

In 2023, with the installation of four additional fermentation vats, also made of Oregon pine, the Lochranza distillery's production capacity increased from 600,000 to 800,000 liters of pure alcohol per year. At each stage of the tasting, Oban surprises with its character halfway between land and sea. It is a reflection of the terroir from which this malt comes: the Western Highlands. To accentuate the flavors of iodine and sea air during Oban's second maturation, its master distiller chose Fino Montilla casks, which enhance the elegance of the malt with delicate, woody notes.

Kavalan Sherry Cask is a single malt from the Solist range, a collection of the distillery's finest cask strength bottlings. Aged in oloroso sherry casks and bottled by hand, without reduction, addition of coloring or cold filtration, it is a rich, exotic and complex whisky.

A rare Cognac from the Ile d'Oleron, in fact the old Cognacs in this particular location are almost impossible to find. This maritime terroir exposed to the spray of the Atlantic Ocean gives birth to gourmet and saline eaux-de-vie.

Talisker 25 years is a limited series of 6000 bottles which was a real event for fans of Classics Malts and lovers of single malt in general.

Mortlach “The Katana’s Edge” Special Release 2023 is a single malt with stunning impact. Finished in a combination of old Kanosuke Japanese whiskey barrels and old Pinot Noir barrels, this whisky is vigorous, vibrant and vital. The subtle influence of the finely balanced finishing barrels helps show a side of Mortlach never before encountered: deeply fruity and refreshing.
