Long recognized by the family as an eau-de-vie of exceptional quality, the Heritage lot is the quintessence of what aging in barrels represents as conceived by the Bertrand family. Prunier XXO Family Series N°2 is a Cognac from a 1985 harvest, aged in French oak barrels and bottled in 2022. This eau-de-vie comes from a single plot located in the Grande Champagne terroir, 1er Cru of Cognac. Limited edition of 300 bottles only.

XO Fine Champagne from Maison Bache Gabrielsen has aged for 10 to 30 years in Limousin oak barrels. It is a blend of Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, also called Fine Champagne.

Glenmorangie 18 Year Old is a single malt scotch whiskey that has aged 15 years in American white oak barrels, then 30% is transferred to Spanish Oloroso barrels for another 3 years.
