Coming from the plots of the Gaillard estate located in Grande Champagne, this cask strength cognac is perfectly balanced thanks to its many years of aging, which brings a magnificent roundness and a beautiful complexity around the rancio. 319 bottles produced from a single barrel with a natural strength of 42.3%.

Last vintage of the 20th century ! 1999 was a tough year for Mother Nature, the Erika tanker was wrecked off the coast of Brittany and Storm Lothar raged in Western Europe.
