Maxime Trijol Fins Bois 1978 is a Cognac with a golden, orange color. The nose is intense with fruity notes of marmalade, candied quince and vanilla. It then appears a light woodiness mixed with a delicate rancio.

Bord de Mer is the first Cognac from Maison Jean-Luc Pasquet from the Borderies terroir. It is a blend with an average age of 30 years (L.30Y) with the characteristic freshness of Borderies. Hennessy X.X.O was created in 1870 at the same time as Hennessy X.O, when the Master-Blender Emile Fillioux chose to reserve eaux-de-vie with promising potential. With the know-how inherited from his family and a 50-year career at Maison Hennessy, Yann Fillioux, 7th generation of Master-Assemblers, decided to recreate Hennessy X.X.O in 2018.
