This Cognac in a limited edition of 500 bottles is an exclusive blend of two Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie dating from 1944 and 1945. Each has spent more than 70 years in oak barrels to reveal delicate and harmonious aromas.

Jean Fillioux So Elegantissime XO is a very old Grande Champagne eau-de-vie with a very floral nose, spring flowers, hawthorn, wild rose, acacia, mixed with scents of white peach and nectarine. Delicious liveliness on the palate with aromas of passion fruit, lemon tart, dried apricot. Long finish on sweet spices, coriander, cardamom. In a word… Elegantissime!

Maison Brillet Cognac XO has aged for a generation in small oak barrels. It is of great finesse, with refined aromas of vanilla and rancio, a delicate and subtle palate, a long persistence in the mouth and an exceptional finish.
