Founded in 1829 by Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Renaudin, and Jacques Bollinger, the house of Bollinger is one of the most prestigious Champagne producers. Bruno Paillard Le Mesnil 2019 Coteaux Champenois is a still white wine produced exclusively from the first pressing of the Chardonnay grape variety, from one of the most famous grands crus of the Côte des Blancs: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.
