Bruno Paillard Champagne is a world famous champagne house founded in 1981 by Bruno Paillard, a wine and food enthusiast. The Bruno Paillard champagne house is located in Reims, France, in the heart of the Champagne region, and produces high quality champagnes using traditional and innovative techniques.
Maison Bruno Paillard is known for its exceptional quality, attention to detail and commitment to environmental sustainability. The grapes used to produce its champagnes are grown sustainably, using organic and biodynamic methods. Production is also controlled to minimize environmental impact.
Bruno Paillard range of champagnes includes several cuvées, each offering unique characteristics and incomparable quality.
Bruno Paillard Dosage Zéro is a selection from the first pressing of the three grape varieties and for the majority vinified in small oak barrels. The “reserve wines” account for half of the blend. The aging is extended well beyond the legal duration: 3 to 4 years in bottle "on the lees" followed by 6 months of rest after disgorging. Dosage: zero.
Agrapart Terroirs is a Blanc de Blancs Champagne from the Grands Crus terroirs of Avize, Oger, Cramant and Oiry. The cuvée is non-vintage because it is blended with grand cru reserve wines, half aged in demi-muids.
Franck Bonville Pur Avize 2018 is a Champagne from 3 plots: Les Avats, Les Maladries and Les Chapelles. These lieux-dits, representative of the Avize terroir, are located in the heart of the village, a few dozen meters from the Maison Frank Bonville.
Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs 2013 is produced exclusively from the first, purest press of Chardonnay grands crus from the heart of the Côte des Blancs: Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, 20% of which are vinified in small barrels of old oak.
Bruno Paillard Blanc de Noirs is made entirely from the first pressing of pinot noir grapes from four grand crus: Verzenay, Mailly, Verzy and Bouzy. Three of them have a predominantly northern orientation. These ancient limestone soils bring together the elegance and depth of the characteristics of Pinot Noir.
Created by the founder of the house, Eugène Moussé, 100 years ago, this cuvée has become a reflection of the Moussé Fils terroir. It is made from a perpetual reserve (solera) with wines dating from 2003 to 2020 and refreshed each year with 50% of the new harvest.
The name "Cuvée 72" comes from 36+36, or 72 months of maturation before shipment. Aged 36 months on the lees, this cuvée will undergo an additional 36 months of maturation in our cellars after its disgorgement. Extension of the Première Cuvée, "Cuvée 72" is the composition of a solera of reserve wines with a new harvest, selection of first presses of Meunier, Chardonnay and...
Bruno Paillard Première Cuvée is a selection of first press exclusively from more than 30 the noblest terroirs of Champagne. A large proportion of reserve wines (25 vintages since 1985) are incorporated into the blend.
