Founded in 1829 by Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Renaudin, and Jacques Bollinger, the house of Bollinger is one of the most prestigious Champagne producers. Located in Aÿ, in the heart of the Champagne region, Bollinger is synonymous with quality, tradition, and excellence. Since its inception, this family-run house has distinguished itself through its unique style and unwavering commitment to crafting exceptional champagnes. Gosset Grande Réserve is the reflection of the know-how of the House, a selection of the best terroirs: Aÿ, Bouzy, Ambonnay, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Villers-Marmery… Vinification and traditional aging on lees to avoid any premature oxidation. No malolactic fermentation to ensure remarkable aging and preserve the fruity aromas of the wines.
Cuvée created in tribute to the founder of the House: William Deutz. A Wine that stands out from the range by its fugue and its distinction. The blend is precise and intense revealing a complex aromatic palette and a soft and silky material.
Egly-Ouriet Les Vignes de Vrigny is a Champagne produced only from Pinot Meunier on the terroir of Vrigny 1er Cru. This is an atypical cuvée reflecting the know-how of the Maison and offering brioche notes on a fine and creamy effervescence.
Philipponnat Cuvée 1522 Rosé 2014 is a blend of 82% Pinot Noir from the "Léon" parcel vineyard in Ay and Mailly as well as 17% Chardonnay from Verzy, to which 8% Pinot Noir vinified in red has been added, from Philipponnat vineyards of Mareuil-sur-Ay.

Cuvée 743 DT from Maison Jacquesson is the second edition of Cuvée 743 made from the 2015 harvest from the terroirs of Ay, Dizy, Hautvilliers and Champillon (60%) as well as the terroirs of Avize and Oiry (40%). A few reserve wines from the Domaine complete the blend.
