Maison Savart – The Pure Expression of the Champagne Terroir
Nestled in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, Maison Savart embodies an artisanal and passionate vision of champagne. Built on a rich family heritage, it is dedicated to revealing, with precision and sincerity, the unique identity of its terroirs.
Under the guidance of Frédéric Savart, each cuvée is crafted with meticulous care, combining respect for the vineyard with masterful vinification. The parcels, primarily located in Écueil and Villiers-aux-Noeuds, provide the ideal soil for the development of Pinot Noir, the house’s signature grape variety.
Aged in barrels and vinified with a parcel-based approach, Savart champagnes stand out for their tension, finesse, and vibrant energy. Free from artifice, they purely express the minerality and depth of their terroir, offering characterful cuvées highly prized by discerning connoisseurs.
A champagne signed by Savart is a guarantee of a unique experience, where emotion arises from the perfect balance between power and elegance.
Chemin de Chalons is part of the Lieux-dits collection of Maison Jacques Selosse. It is a Champagne made from Chardonnay from the Village of Cramant, classified Grand Cru.
Agrapart Complantée is a Cuvée made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Blanc, Arbane and Petit meslier, all from the Avize terroir. Vinification is carried out plot by plot in demi-muids and from the 2018 (80%) and 2017 (20%) harvests.
Gosset Extra Brut is a blend of 3 great Champagne grape varieties: 40% Pinot Noir, 32% Pinot Meunier and 28% Chardonnay with a very low extra-brut dosage.

Larmandier-Bernier Terre de Vertus comes from a plot of Chardonnay which has been vinified separately since 1995. This is the place called Les Barillers located in the middle of the hillside in Vertus. This terroir is very particular, delicate, saline and at the same time very complex. The balance is there, no need to assemble!

This Rosé cuvée is a blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir. Rose de Craie refers to the chalky terroirs from which it comes (Grauves, Bisseuil, Vertus). The spirit of the cuvée is quite airy and sticks to the style of the domain which has a predominance for chardonnay, so it is a rosé which is close to a blanc de blancs with a saline frame.
Hennessy
