Joseph Perrier Cuvée Joséphine 1989 is a prestigious vintage Champagne from the historic Joseph Perrier house, established in 1825 in Châlons-en-Champagne, France. Created to honor Joseph Perrier’s daughter Joséphine on her wedding day, this cuvée is only released in truly exceptional years when the terroir delivers outstanding quality.
Blended from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sourced from top crus, the 1989 vintage shows a mature golden colour with fine, delicate bubbles. On the nose, complex aromas of dried fruit, honey, candied citrus, brioche and intense floral notes have developed through extended aging. The palate delivers a remarkable balance of vibrancy and richness, with a silky texture and refined complexity after decades in the bottle.
