The Maison Perrier-Jouët, founded in 1811 in Épernay, is one of the historical treasures of the Champagne region. Renowned for its refinement and iconic floral style, this prestigious house is celebrated for its exceptional cuvées and unique savoir-faire.
From its inception, Perrier-Jouët has stood out for its artistic approach, notably through its iconic Belle Époque cuvée, adorned with Émile Gallé’s famous anemones, a hallmark of the Art Nouveau movement. Crafted from the finest Grand Cru vineyards, with Chardonnay as the signature grape, Perrier-Jouët champagnes exude elegance and delicacy in every bottle.
Driven by a commitment to sustainability and innovation, Maison Perrier-Jouët combines tradition and modernity to deliver unique experiences to its admirers. Its cuvées, including Grand Brut, Blanc de Blancs, and the Belle Époque collection, captivate the most discerning palates and embody the French art of living.
The wine contained in the bottle designed by Arman is a Brut Millésimé 1981 made from 40% Chardonnay from the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs and 60% of Pinot Noir harvested from the Grands Crus of the Montagne de Reims, including Ambonnay and Bouzy.
The Grand Vintage Collection 2003 is the balanced result of difficult climatic conditions. After 14 years of aging in the cellar, the initial bitterness has softened and the finish has become unctuous, while remaining remarkably fresh, with notes of sap, fig and dark chocolate.
Historically this cuvée was known as "Blanc de Blancs" since the beginning of the 20th century. “Longitude” comes exclusively from Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs: Vertus, Oger, Avize, Cramant. Non-vintage, this cuvée contains 40% of wines from the estate's perpetual reserve, which began in 2004.
The Argonne cuvée is the most emblematic and prestigious Champagne of Maison Henri Giraud. The wine is worked in barrels from the Argonne forest to bring richness and complexity.
Agrapart 7 Crus is, as its name suggests, a blend of the Domaine's 7 crus: Avize, Oger and Cramant for the Grands Crus, Avenay val d´Or and Coligny for the 1er Crus and Vauciennes. This cuvée is the first wine in the Agrapart range.
