Nicolas Maillart Franc de Pied 2019 is a single plot Cuvée (Les Coupes), single grape variety (100% Pinot Noir) and limited to less than 4000 bottles per vintage. The peculiarity of this Champagne is that it is made from "free-root" vines, that is to say without American rootstock as was the Champagne vineyard before the phylloxera crisis.
Roger Brun Blanc de Blancs is a Champagne only made with Chardonnay from villages classified as Premiers and Grands Crus.

Agrapart Complantée is a Cuvée made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Blanc, Arbane and Petit meslier, all from the Avize terroir. Vinification is carried out plot by plot in demi-muids and from the 2018 (80%) and 2017 (20%) harvests.
