Cristal Vinothèque 2002 celebrates the remarkable journey of a few bottles which were stored for 20 years in the cellars of Louis Roederer, in search of the perfect balance. The blend was aged for 11 years on "lattes", followed by 5 years on "pointes", and rested for 4 years after disgorging.
Le Bout du Clos is part of the Lieux-dits collection of Maison Jacques Selosse. It is a Champagne made from a vine planted with Pinot Noir for 80% and 20% Chardonnay, both coming from the Village of Ambonnay, classified Grand Cru.
Franck Bonville Unisson Grand Cru is a selection of the best plots of the Bonville house for a gourmet, unctuous wine, with a fresh structure and a saline finish. A selection of quality vats and a blend of vintages are at the origin of this reference cuvée of Franck Bonville champagne.
Chartogne-Taillet Hors Serie is a Blanc de Blancs Champagne made from Chardonnay located on the Avize Grand Cru terroir. This Cuvée, which does not follow on from the classic Cuvées Chartogne-Taillet series, is the first dedicated to the Avize terroir.
Roger Brun Ay la Pelle 2018 is a 100% Pinot Noir Champagne coming exclusively from the "La Pelle" plot located on the Ay terroir classified as Grand Cru.
Agrapart EXP.17 (2017 Experience) is a selection and blend of 2016 cuvées from old Avize vines. The originality of this cuvée is that it is made only from grapes: indeed the second fermentation is carried out from grape juice from the following harvest.
Delamotte Brut is a Champagne made from 3 Champagne grape varieties: 60% Chardonnay which provides structure, 35% Pinot Noir from Tours-sur-Marne, Bouzy and Ambonnay for depth and fruity aromas. Finally 5% of Pinot Meunier complete the aromatic density.
