The Maison Salon, founded in 1911 by Eugène-Aimé Salon, is an exceptional Champagne house located in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, at the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Specializing in the production of Blanc de Blancs champagnes made exclusively from Chardonnay, the house is a true icon of elegance and rarity in the Champagne world.
This prestigious estate is built on a unique philosophy: one village, one historic parcel called “Le Jardin de Salon,” and one vintage, reflecting an uncompromising pursuit of purity and excellence. Each vintage, produced only in exceptional years, undergoes extended aging in the cellars to achieve unparalleled complexity and finesse.
Salon champagnes are renowned for their crystalline minerality, delicate aromas of citrus, white flowers, and brioche, as well as their silky texture and remarkable length. These rare creations, such as the legendary Salon Le Mesnil, captivate connoisseurs and collectors worldwide.
With an extremely limited production and extraordinary craftsmanship, Maison Salon epitomizes French excellence and the art of living through its exceptional champagnes.
Nicolas Maillart Rosé Grand Cru is a very technical cuvée that begins in the vineyard with the selection of plots of old Pinot Noir from the best terroirs of Bouzy. The estate uses the "saignee" method, i.e. the Pinot Noir grapes will macerate for a few hours to obtain the rosé color. Then, the Chardonnay is blended with the Pinot Noir to give freshness to this Cuvée.
A 2.2-hectare plot, Clos du Moulin is one of two historic clos in the Champagne region. Perfectly exposed, this parcel is located near Chigny-les-Roses, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. The expertise of Maison Cattier has revealed this cuvée, a blend of 3 vintages chosen for their quality and ageing potential. Clos du Moulin Rosé is the expression of a unique terroir,...
Association with the press of 2 adjoining plots located in the heart of the Pierry terroir: Les Tartières and Les Porgeons planted in 1990 and 1985. Pure expression of the complexity, between flesh and tension, of Chardonnays from Coteaux Sud of Epernay.

Etienne Calsac Les Revenants is an extremely rare and original Cuvée because it is made from forgotten grape varieties: Pinot Blanc, Petit Meslier and Arbane. These 3 grape varieties were planted on a plot of the Domaine: “Les Fours” located in Sézannais.
Franck Bonville Pur Mesnil 2018 is a Champagne from 3 plots located in Mesnil-sur-Oger: Le Tilleul, Les Zailleux and Les Hautes Mottes. These lieux-dits, where the chalk is flush, help to create saline and tense wines, characteristic of this renowned cru.
An emblematic Cuvée of the house, Delamotte Blanc de Blancs is a Champagne for lovers of great Chardonnay, revealing the chalky Grand Cru terroir from which it comes. As an aperitif or around shellfish, it embodies the Delamotte spirit.
Delamotte Brut is a Champagne made from 3 Champagne grape varieties: 60% Chardonnay which provides structure, 35% Pinot Noir from Tours-sur-Marne, Bouzy and Ambonnay for depth and fruity aromas. Finally 5% of Pinot Meunier complete the aromatic density.
For this Cuvée, Franck Bonville has chosen unique years that allow it to fully express the potential of the terroir-varietial pair. Chiseled, rich and complex, this vintage cuvée go through the years to reveal their energy after a long and calm aging on laths.
