Founded in 1829 by Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Renaudin, and Jacques Bollinger, the house of Bollinger is one of the most prestigious Champagne producers. Located in Aÿ, in the heart of the Champagne region, Bollinger is synonymous with quality, tradition, and excellence. Since its inception, this family-run house has distinguished itself through its unique style and unwavering commitment to crafting exceptional champagnes. The grapes selected for the Cuvée Passation 2008 come from the best Grands Crus of Chardonnay from Mesnil-sur-Oger and Pinot Noir from Bouzy, giving an extraordinary and harmonious blend. Symbol of its rarity due to its production and vintage, the 2008 Cuvée Passation is a cuvée limited to 410 magnums.
Franck Bonville Pur Avize 2016 is a Champagne from 3 plots: Les Avats, Les Maladries and Les Chapelles. These lieux-dits, representative of the Avize terroir, are located in the heart of the village, a few dozen meters from the Maison Frank Bonville.
