Gosset 12 ans de cave a minima Rosé is a cuvée which has benefited from 12 years of aging on the lees. The maturity that the wine has acquired in the cellar has allowed it to pass the years while keeping its freshness. The blend is a selection of the best Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs and Pinots Noirs from Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne.

L’Echapee Belle is a rare Cuvée limited to 5500 bottles, produced by a talented Winemaker: Etienne Calsac. It is a Blanc de Blancs from the terroirs of the Côte des Blancs and Grande Vallée de la Marne. A champagne with a lot of freshness and tension.

This Rosé cuvée is a blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir. Rose de Craie refers to the chalky terroirs from which it comes (Grauves, Bisseuil, Vertus). The spirit of the cuvée is quite airy and sticks to the style of the domain which has a predominance for chardonnay, so it is a rosé which is close to a blanc de blancs with a saline frame.
