The Macallan Sherry Oak 30 Years Old forms part of the Sherry Oak range which features a series of single malt whiskies matured in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez for richness and complexity. Deliciously smooth with a long, rich finish, the natural dark mahogany colour of the 30 Years Old is the richest in the range.

Distilled in 1990, just before the distillery's premature closure in 1993, Rosebank 30 Year Old First Release single malt whisky is a carefully selected vintage to rediscover the Rosebank distillery hallmark: a smooth, unmistakable character.

The Publican barley used for this edition was grown in field 43ac and harvested at the end of August 2009. It was dried and stored on the farm before being malted at Alloa in 2010. The single malt comes from twenty-seven first-fill bourbon casks, distilled in December 2011. It was aged in the upper part of the cellar until 2024, before being bottled.

Kavalan Amontillado Cask was awarded best Single Cask & Single Malt in the World at the 2016 World Whiskey Awards. Aged in amontillado barrels, it is characterized by sweet and exotic notes of dried fruits including hazelnut which is strongly marked.

From the Solist range, a collection of the distillery's best cask strength bottlings, Kavalan Fino Sherry Cask has been entirely aged in barrels that contained “fino” type sherry wine. Bottled without reduction and without cold filtration, it is a whiskey of great richness, very delicious and with a lot of substance.

Mortlach “The Katana’s Edge” Special Release 2023 is a single malt with stunning impact.
