The Dalmore is a legendary Highland distillery, founded in 1839 by Sir Alexander Matheson on the Cromarty Firth at Black Isle (“big meadow” in Gaelic) . In the vast concrete warehouses of the Kavalan distillery, the barrels are organized on different levels according to their size in order to obtain the best maturation conditions. The smaller barrels are placed on the lower floors while the larger ones are located on the upper floors where the higher temperature facilitates exchanges between the distillate and the wood....

Caol Ila Moch is a fresher and lighter expression of Caol Ila peat which brings sweetness and a delicate smoke.
This single malt whisky from the Isle of Jura is matured for ten years in bourbon casks, before undergoing further refinement in carefully selected aged oloroso sherry casks. Jura 12 years old skillfully combines delicate smoky notes with the sweetness of sherry.
