Hennessy X.X.O was created in 1870 at the same time as Hennessy X.O, when the Master-Blender Emile Fillioux chose to reserve eaux-de-vie with promising potential. With the know-how inherited from his family and a 50-year career at Maison Hennessy, Yann Fillioux, 7th generation of Master-Assemblers, decided to recreate Hennessy X.X.O in 2018.

Distilled in the 1970s by Pierre, this cognac represents “rancio” at its peak. Nose where plum and apricot, candied, brioche and cigar box mingle. Ample and shimmering on the palate, very smooth aromatic complexity. A voluptuous experience full of sensuality. Exceptionally long finish.

Long recognized by the family as an eau-de-vie of exceptional quality, the Heritage lot is the quintessence of what aging in barrels represents as conceived by the Bertrand family. Iconic Cognac of Tesseron collection, Lot N° 29 XO Exception is a unique blend of the legendary Grande Champagne growth, made from the oldest and rarest stocks, lovingly aged for at least three generations. Balancing power and finesse, Exception has a floral bouquet, allied to chocolate and mocha notes.

Dudognon Héritage is a round and concentrated Cognac. It offers notes of peach, exotic fruits and pear. Distilled over a wood fire and aged in new Limousin oak barrels for over 40 years.

Hors d'Age from Maison Bache Gabrielsen is a blend of Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie, the oldest of which date back to 1917 and the youngest of the 1960s.

A.E. Dor Vieille Reserve N ° 8 comes from the House's old Cognacs Grande Champagne stocks. Despite its high alcohol content, 47%, it does not provide any aggressiveness to the palate thanks to a very long aging in humid cellars causing slow evaporation. Remarkable finesse!
