Vallein-Tercinier Lot 30 Petite Champagne is a very old Cognac distilled in 1930 from vines located on the Petite Champagne Cru. The eau-de-vie aged in oak barrels until 1995, then in demijohns to be bottled in 2023. Limited edition of 238 bottles.

This exceptionally long cognac is the perfect accompaniment to a grand arabica with gourmet pastries or desserts such as vanilla ice cream, dark chocolate mousse or tonka bean crème brulée.

Old gold color, almost amber. The nose is marked by gourmet notes of ripe plums, plums, spices (cardamom, turmeric, black pepper) and exotic woods (warm cedar, sandalwood). Around all this, we find the characteristic rancio of old Cognacs close to maturity. On the palate, again this fruity (ripe plum, prune, chocolate with cinnamon) and spicy (nutmeg, tobacco) delicacy.
