The Brillet XO Cognac is an exceptional spirit from the renowned Grande Champagne region, known for its aromatic richness and elegance. This cognac, with a 40% ABV, is crafted from a blend of aged eaux-de-vie, carefully matured in oak barrels. It boasts a deep amber color and offers complex aromas of lily flowers, spices, dried fruits, and sandalwood. On the palate, it is smooth and biscuity with a subtle “rancio” note, culminating in a lingering, slightly spicy finish.

 

It is best enjoyed neat at room temperature to fully appreciate its smoothness and complexity, and it pairs wonderfully with pear-based desserts.
