Jean-Luc Pasquet Le Cognac de Jean Philippe is part of the Esprit de Famille Collection. It is a Cognac harvested in 1988 at Bonneuil on the Grande Champagne terroir and offered in a limited edition of 120 bottles only.

Prulho Temptation is a Masterpiece. Jean Fillioux XO Grande Réserve is a blend of very old Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie, selected for their great complexity.
This cognac comes from an auction carried out in January 2019 for the benefit of Médecins du Monde and Action contre la Faim. These cognacs had been donated to these two associations by André Bertandeau, winemaker in Salignac-Sur-Charente, who died in December 2016.

Bord de Mer is the first Cognac from Maison Jean-Luc Pasquet from the Borderies terroir. It is a blend with an average age of 30 years (L.30Y) with the characteristic freshness of Borderies. Ideal for tasting on sunny days, it was quite naturally that it was named Bord de Mer. Limited Edition of 309 bottles.
This Cognac comes from a winegrower in the town of Pessines, in Charente-Maritime, a few kilometers from the town of Saintes. Benefiting from a minimum age guarantee of 33 years, it is a cognac which was produced by a producer who is now retired. The attention he paid to aging is remarkable, with the use of new, high-quality barrels at the start of aging.
Vallein-Tercinier Hors D'Age is a blend of Petite and Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie which have aged for more than 40 years in oak barrels. A Cognac with rancio, power and a lot of length in the mouth. Delicate woody and vanilla notes then spicy.
