It is well balanced and its elegant finish can remain on the palate for up to 15 minutes.

This second multi-crus blend, Symphonie des Terroirs N°2, finds its balance and aromatic complexity in three barrels from three terroirs:

- Grande Champagne L.57/62: 15%

- Fins Bois L.81: 50%

- Borderies L.90's: 35%.
