Ample and complex Cognac. Ripe fruits, dried fruits, precious woods. Consensual and expressive. Incredible depth. Colour: amber gold.
Audry Exception is a blend of Grande and Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie, more commonly known as Fine Champagne. The youngest Cognacs in the blend are 40 years old and the oldest 60 years old.
An astonishing aromatic richness: old oak, roasted pear then marzipan, nougat, cigar box, candied fruit and finally rancio. Impressive length in the mouth.
XO Passion is a unique blend of around thirty eaux-de-vies, selected for their elegance and lightness yet very floral quality, and aged more than ten years in different Limousine oak barrels. Light and balanced Cognac, notes of spices.
A Cognac created in homage to the founder of the House, Thomas Bache Gabrielsen, by selecting the finest eaux-de-vie from Grande and Petite Champagne.
Maxime Trijol Grande Champagne 1989 is a Cognac with a golden, orange color. Powerful, with fruity aromas of citrus fruits, plum jam and apricot underpinned by discreet oak and a delicate rancio. An eau-de-vie all in balance and harmony.
Maxime Trijol Petite Champagne 1972 is a Cognac from a single harvest on the Petite Champagne terroir.
Audry XO is a blend of equal parts of Grandes and Petites Champagnes, also called Fine Champagne. First scents of black pepper, vanilla then floral and spicy touches. Old leather and hint of citrus. The nose is hazelnut, toast, anise, white flowers then mint. Silky and voluptuous entry in the mouth, bittersweet, nuances of dark caramel and almond. Very well blended blend....
Maxime Trijol Petite Champagne 1991 is a Cognac with an orange, limpid robe. On the nose, a beautiful harmony of floral notes, cooked fruit, Morello cherry and spices mixed with a woodiness and rancio sufficiently melted to contribute to a balanced whole. Roundness and finesse emerge from this beautiful eau-de-vie.
Braastad Extra is an ultra-confidential Cognac produced by the Cellar Master Richard Braastad. This unique blend took 10 years to emerge in order to find the perfect complementarity of the House's oldest eaux-de-vie. The average age of this nectar is 60 years.
Jean-Luc Pasquet Le Cognac de Pierre is part of the Tresors de Famille Collection. It is a 1964 Cognac harvested at Angeac-Champagne on the Grande Champagne terroir and offered in a limited edition of 377 bottles only.
