Founded in 1829 by Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Renaudin, and Jacques Bollinger, the house of Bollinger is one of the most prestigious Champagne producers. Located in Aÿ, in the heart of the Champagne region, Bollinger is synonymous with quality, tradition, and excellence. Since its inception, this family-run house has distinguished itself through its unique style and unwavering commitment to crafting exceptional champagnes. Bollinger's philosophy is rooted in a continuous pursuit of excellence and perfection. The house prides itself on mastering every aspect of production, from the vineyard to the bottle. Bollinger is one of the few Champagne houses that owns its own vineyards, covering more than 170 hectares, primarily classified as Grand Cru and Premier Cru. Bollinger champagnes are renowned for their complexity, depth, and structure. The house favors the use of Pinot Noir, which constitutes over 60% of its vineyards, to impart power and character to its cuvées.
Cuvée created in tribute to the founder of the House: William Deutz. A Wine that stands out from the range by its fugue and its distinction. The blend is precise and intense revealing a complex aromatic palette and a soft and silky material.
Krug Collection 1995 is the second expression of Krug 1995, a Champagne of serenity, harmony and exquisite personality. To reflect the character of that year, the blend includes wines from parcels of Pinot Noir (48%), Chardonnay (35%) and Meunier (17%). Bollinger La Grande Année Rosé 2015 is a blend of 62% Pinot Noir and 38% Chardonnay, including 5% Côte aux Enfants red wine from 11 Crus: mainly Ay and Verzenay for the Pinot Noir, Avize and Chouilly for the Chardonnay. Fermentation only carried out in barrels.

Bruno Paillard Le Mesnil 2019 Coteaux Champenois is a still white wine produced exclusively from the first pressing of the Chardonnay grape variety, from one of the most famous grands crus of the Côte des Blancs: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Le Mesnil 2019 fermented in small oak barrels where it aged for 9 months. Only two barrels, or 569 bottles were produced.
