Founded in 1829 by Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Renaudin, and Jacques Bollinger, the house of Bollinger is one of the most prestigious Champagne producers. Located in Aÿ, in the heart of the Champagne region, Bollinger is synonymous with quality, tradition, and excellence. Agrapart 7 Crus is, as its name suggests, a blend of the Domaine's 7 crus: Avize, Oger and Cramant for the Grands Crus, Avenay val d´Or and Coligny for the 1er Crus and Vauciennes. This cuvée is the first wine in the Agrapart range.
Henri Giraud Hommage au Pinot Noir is, as its name suggests, a Blanc de Noirs Champagne made from the historic terroirs of the House in Aÿ. This grape variety brings a lot of roundness, complexity and elegance, enhanced by aging in small oak barrels.
Chartogne-Taillet Hors Serie is a Blanc de Blancs Champagne made from Chardonnay located on the Avize Grand Cru terroir. This Cuvée, which does not follow on from the classic Cuvées Chartogne-Taillet series, is the first dedicated to the Avize terroir.
