The Cuvée Sainte Anne owes its name to the Holy Protector of the Village of Merfy where the Maison Chartogne-Taillet is based. This Champagne is the association of all the plots of Maison Chartogne-Taillet on the Merfy terroir and the three main Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

Maison Taittinger produces a vintage cuvée only when the harvest benefits from exceptional quality, just like the 1992 vintage. To this requirement are added several years of aging in the cellar, which guarantee the slow ripening of the aromas as well as the development of length and the complexity of the wine.

Palmer Blanc de Blancs is a champagne of exceptional purity, made mainly from Chardonnays from the magnificent terroirs of Villers-Marmery and Trépail. Bruno Paillard Première Cuvée is a selection of first press exclusively from more than 30 the noblest terroirs of Champagne. A large proportion of reserve wines (25 vintages since 1985) are incorporated into the blend.

Louis Roederer Cristal Rosé 2014 is a remarkably precise wine, with a ripe, slender fruit profile and delicious texture. It’s a high-intensity taste sensation, almost electric in its deliciousness.

PN AYC18 is the 4th edition of a new range created by Maison Bollinger to honor the Pinot Noir grape. This Champagne is made 100% with Pinot Noir coming mainly from the village of Ay (AYC) on the basis of the 2018 harvest. The blend is completed by reserve wines dating back to 2009

Cuvée 748 from Maison Jacquesson is made from the 2020 harvest of the Ay, Dizy Hautvillers and Champillon terroirs (55%) and the Avize and Oiry terroirs (45%). A few reserve wines from the Domaine complete the blend.
