Bruno Paillard Le Mesnil 2019 Coteaux Champenois is a still white wine produced exclusively from the first pressing of the Chardonnay grape variety, from one of the most famous grands crus of the Côte des Blancs: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Le Mesnil 2019 fermented in small oak barrels where it aged for 9 months. Only two barrels, or 569 bottles were produced.
The Rosé from Maison Jacques Selosse is a Champagne produced in very limited quantities. To create this masterpiece, Anselme Selosse has selected the best Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs associated with Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims.
