Egly-Ouriet Les Vignes de Bisseuil is a Champagne produced from the Chardonnay vines of the Egly-Ouriet vineyard located in the terroir of Bisseuil classified 1er Cru.

Historically this cuvée was known as "Blanc de Blancs" since the beginning of the 20th century. “Longitude” comes exclusively from Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs: Vertus, Oger, Avize, Cramant. Non-vintage, this cuvée contains 40% of wines from the estate's perpetual reserve, which began in 2004.

Pierre Péters L'Esprit 2018 is a blend of a selection of four parcels from the Domaine of the most beautiful wines of the Côte des Blancs (Le Mesnil, Avize, Cramant, Oger), this cuvée is produced only in the best years.

Cristal Vinothèque 2002 celebrates the remarkable journey of a few bottles which were stored for 20 years in the cellars of Louis Roederer, in search of the perfect balance. The blend was aged for 11 years on "lattes", followed by 5 years on "pointes", and rested for 4 years after disgorging.
