The Memory Collection is a testament to the best vintages of Maison Alfred Gratien, which has been stored for more than 20 years in the Alfred Gratien oenotheque, in the heart of the cellars. Le Bout du Clos is part of the Lieux-dits collection of Maison Jacques Selosse. It is a Champagne made from a vine planted with Pinot Noir for 80% and 20% Chardonnay, both coming from the Village of Ambonnay, classified Grand Cru.
