Founded in 1946 in Chavot‑Courcourt (Marne), Champagne Chavost is rooted in solidarity, love of the land, and authenticity . Under oenologist Fabian Daviaux, the estate is now certified organic (5 ha since 2023) and produces Brut Nature cuvées with no added sulfites. Using spontaneous fermentations and no filtration, these wines perfectly express the clay‑limestone terroir with pure fruit, minerality, and finesse . The Cuvée Sainte Anne owes its name to the Holy Protector of the Village of Merfy where the Maison Chartogne-Taillet is based. This Champagne is the association of all the plots of Maison Chartogne-Taillet on the Merfy terroir and the three main Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
Egly-Ouriet Blanc de Noirs Vieilles Vignes is a Cuvée from a Pinot Noir vine, lieu-dit “Les Crayères”, planted in 1946 and 1947 on an exceptional terroir in the Ambonnay vineyard classified as a Grand Cru.

Historically this cuvée was known as "Blanc de Blancs" since the beginning of the 20th century. “Longitude” comes exclusively from Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs: Vertus, Oger, Avize, Cramant. Non-vintage, this cuvée contains 40% of wines from the estate's perpetual reserve, which began in 2004.
